Our vision is elevation of the standard of care for Iowa's trauma recovery system through the utilization of culturally-responsive evidence based practices.

Our logo is an abstract collection of olive leaves. For us, the olive leaf represents a symbol of hope in the midst of devastation...a gentle reminder that it will soon come to an end...that resilience can and does happen for all of us.

 

We partner with the Iowa Office of the Attorney General Crime Victim Assistance Division to provide mental health and care coordination support services for survivors of violent crime.   We aim to serve as that beacon of hope for those who have been victimized and suffer the wounds of violence.   We believe that no one should suffer in silence or walk that journey of healing alone.  Our dedicated multidisciplinary team of professionals will help you navigate the process of healing and recovery through innovative therapeutic interventions and clinical case management services. We also provide technical assistance to state and local organizations who believe as we do, that it is possible to lead with compassionate accountability. Cultivating your team along with your clients can lead to a more a more meaningful and restorative work culture, ultimately resulting in better outcomes.
