About the Event
It is the philosophy of the Central Iowa Trauma Recovery Center to foster an organizational culture that promotes resilience. Resilience is broadly defined as the ability to bounce back quickly from a difficult or tough situation. The importance of resilience is seen in almost all aspects of our lives…personally and professionally. From young to old we have all experienced some measure of adversity. Hints of where we are in terms of our resilience can be seen in the way we handle challenges.
One of our core values at the Central Iowa Trauma Recovery Center is to support and improve the health of the helper.
